All unpaid invoices can be canceled by our Human Support. So once you contact us, please provide the invoice ID number that we can check it and cancel the invoice.
The bot (Skye) cannot cancel the invoice, so please request human support.
Also, you can cancel your invoice if you submit a cancellation request for your service. So if the invoice is generated, it will be canceled automatically once you request to cancel your service.
