How do I delete my Time4VPS account?

We cannot delete the account completely if there are paid invoices. We need to

store them digitally. Based on Lithuania Law, we must store invoices(with their details) for 10 years.

However, we can close the account.

So if you have the account with paid invoices and you want to close it, please contact our support team and request human support. The bot cannot close the account, unfortunately.

When the account is closed, nobody can access it (even the account owner). If the account owner decides to re-open the account, the owner must contact the support team with the registered account email address.

If there are no paid invoices, just the account was created, we can delete the account and it can be done by the human support. However, the account cannot have any paid invoices.
