If you have an issue with renewing your services, as a one-time exception, we can extend the invoice due date for a couple of days. The maximum extending time is 7 days and only one time for the invoice.
Please note that the invoice due date can be manually changed only by our Human Assistant, the bot (Skye), or the client cannot extend the invoice due dates.
To do that, please contact us via Live Chat or email ([email protected]) and provide your invoice ID number.
