We would be sad to see you leave but if you would like to cancel your server you can do it via the Clients Area:
Login to the Clients Area;
At the top menu select the “My Services > VPS” tab;
Find desirable VPS and press the “Manage” button;
On the left menu choose the “Request Cancellation” tab;
Briefly describe your reason for cancellation;
Select cancellation type (Immediate or End of The Billing Period);
Finally, press the “Submit” button.
Once you do this, you will see this message:
Please note that if the renewal invoice has already been generated, you can't place a cancellation request. In this case, please contact our support via live chat or email.
If you meet the requirements for a refund (please read Refund Policy for more information) you should:
Contact the support team by email or chat and ask for a refund and provide: Brief description of your reason for cancellation; VPS hostname or IP you want to get a refund for.
Our team will check and let you know if you meet refund requirements.
