If you do not want to renew the domain, you can cancel the renewal via our client area:
You need to select the domain that you do not want to renew and under its details, you will see an option Auto-Renewal Options;
If you see On, it means that for the domain, the renewal invoice will be generated and if you see Off - the renewal invoice will not be generated;
You can choose this here and select the payment method:
If you select the credit card payment method and you do not disable the renewal for your domain, but you do not want to renew it, please keep in mind that you need to remove the credit card details from your account; otherwise, the renewal invoice will be paid automatically. So please make sure that your card is not added to your account and you can contact us to request the renewal invoice cancellation to avoid any charges.

If you don't do this on time and the invoice is paid, unfortunately, the domain is not refundable according to our Refund Policy.
The domain renewal is under the client's rights and if the domain is renewed, from our end, we will not be able to make any changes, unfortunately.
