Issues with the account's Multi-factor authenticator

Email MFA

Email issues:

If your account's Multi-factor authenticator is Email MFA and you cannot get the one-time code, make sure that you use the correct email address when you try to access your account.

If you still do not get the code, make sure that the email is not in the spam. Also, make sure that your email servers is working and you do not block our emails.

If you still cannot receive the code, please contact our support team and we will check our email logs.

Lost email access

If you lost access to your email, please send an email and provide your old email address. Also, to identify you as the account owner, please provide a copy of your document. The email should be sent to [email protected].

The one-time code is not working

This might happen if you have requested the code multiple times. So make sure that you enter the newest code.

We also recommend avoiding multiple code generations. One time is enough to receive the code, but there might be a delay of 5-10 minutes.

Google Authenticator

Lost device

If you have lost your device or somehow you do not have access to your application where the valid 6-digit code is shown, we can disable Google Auth in your account; however, please send an email from the registered email to [email protected].

Cannot scan QR code or enter the key into your application

If you cannot scan the QR code or enter the key, please make sure that you use the supported applications:

The 6-digit code is not correct

If there is a message that the 6-digit code is not correct, it might be that you used the incorrect code. Please make sure that you check the line where you see Time4VPS: (your account's email address).

If you check and see that the code should be that one, but you still cannot access your code, we recommend that you send an email from the registered email address to [email protected].
