If you need to change your account email address, there are two options.
The change via Time4VPS client area
You can change the email address by yourself via our client area.
You need to log in to your account with the main email address of your account;
Then under the Main Meniu, you need to click on Account:
You will see an option Change Email and click on it;
You will need to enter the new email address and your current password of your account in Time4VPS:
Once you enter these details, you click on Save Changes:
You will need to verify this by entering the one-time code (if you have Email MFA) or the 6-digit code (if you have Google 2FA).
The manual change is made by sending the email request
We can change the email address if you send an email.
Please send an email from the registered email address of your account to [email protected];
Once we get an email from the registered email address, we will change the email address of your account.
Note: If you have lost access to your email inbox and you cannot access the account or send an email, you will need to provide a copy of your document (ID, passport or driver's license) so we can identify you as the account owner and change the email address of your account.
