Allowed IP address access

To secure your account additionally, a client can add the specific IP address or subnet that can access the account.

To do this, you need to:

  1. Login to your account and click on Account.

  2. There you will see a list and you need to click on Security:

  3. IP access/ Subnet area, you can add the IP address or subnet and to save the changes, you need to click on Add allowed IP/ range.

  4. Once you do this, only from the specific IP address or subnet you will be able to access your account.

Note 1: If you try to access your account with a different IP address or IP address not from the added range, you will not be able to do this.

Note 2: To remove IP address/ range, you need to send an email from your main email address to [email protected].
