If you have ordered service on a monthly payment basis and you would like to benefit from our long-term discounts you have to change your service billing cycle. In order to change the service billing cycle:
Log in to our Client area;
Select your service;
In the service menu, select “Change Billing Cycle”;
Select your desired billing cycle and press the “Change Billing Cycle” button.
Please take note that changing the billing cycle is only possible for services that have no outstanding invoices.
Note: If you already have the issued invoice and you want to change the billing cycle, please contact a support agent.
