In case you would like to renew services sooner than the due date, you may do that by generating a service renewal invoice manually.
1. Log in to the client area;
2. Select the “My Services” tab;
3. After selecting service type click “Manage”;
4. On the left side of the service card, you will see the menu and link “Manual Service Renew”.
If you don’t see the option to change the renewal period, it can be due to one of the following reasons:
The renewal invoice is already generated;
The service is suspended or terminated.
