Too Many Failed Login Attempts

This message is shown in our client area due too many failed login attempts.

If you see the message “Too many failed login attempts” when trying to log in to the Client Area, this means that our security system has temporarily blocked further login attempts from your IP address.

Why has my IP address been blocked?

For security reasons, our system monitors unsuccessful login attempts.

If an incorrect password is entered too many times, the system automatically detects this as potentially suspicious activity and temporarily blocks the IP address being used to access the Client Area.

This security measure is designed to protect your account from unauthorized access and automated password-guessing or hacking attempts.

A block can occur if:

  • You enter the wrong password several times.

  • You repeatedly try to log in with an incorrect password.

  • Someone else is attempting to access your account using your IP address.

  • An automated system is making repeated login attempts.

What message will I receive?

When your IP address is temporarily blocked, you may see a message similar to:

Too many failed login attempts
Your IP was temporarily banned by our security system due to too many failed login attempts.
If you have lost your password, you can reset it by following this link.
Ban Expires: XXX

The “Ban Expires” time shows when the temporary block is scheduled to be removed automatically.

What should I do if I am blocked?

If you are unable to wait until the block expires, please contact our Support Team by sending an email from the registered email address.

To help us identify and remove the block, please provide the IP address you were using when the login attempts were made.

You can find it here: https://ipaddress.my/

Once the Support Team verifies the request, they can remove the temporary IP block and assist you with regaining access to your account.

If you have forgotten your password, the Support Team can also provide you with a new password after the necessary verification.

Why is this security measure necessary?

The temporary IP block is an important security feature that helps protect client accounts from unauthorized access.

Without this protection, an attacker could repeatedly attempt different passwords until they eventually guessed the correct one. By limiting repeated failed login attempts and temporarily blocking the source IP address, the system helps prevent these types of attacks.

Important

If you believe you entered the correct password but are still unable to log in, do not continue trying repeatedly, as additional failed attempts may extend or trigger a temporary block.

Instead, contact our Support Team and provide your IP address so that we can assist you.

In summary

Wrong password → Multiple failed login attempts → Security system blocks the IP → Contact Support → Provide your IP address → Support removes the block and assists with a new password if needed.
