For Linux, Windows and Container servers, clients have two options for managing VPS backups.

Unfortunately, for Storage servers, we do not provide the backup option from our end.

What is new?

Easy backup management
Backup creation and management are fully automated and no longer require support team assistance. Clients can handle all backup-related actions themselves.
Full client control
Users can create backups and restore them at any time directly from the control panel, giving them full control over their data and recovery process.
Flexible and cost-effective pricing
Backup pricing is flexible and depends on the selected VPS plan. This ensures transparent costs and makes backups more affordable based on actual resource usage.

Backup component

If VPS has a backup component, we will generate daily and weekly backups on our end.

Those backups will be saved and visible via our client area, under Backups:

The price for the backup component depends on the VPS plan:

This option allows restoring generated backups and deleting them.

If the server doesn't have a backup component, you can order backup generation - you need to click on Order Backup:

The price is based on the VPS plan, and once the invoice is paid, the system will generate a backup of your VPS:

Once the invoice for the backup is paid, our system will begin creating the backup.

After that, you will be able to view your VPS backup, which you can restore or delete.

However, you can create only one backup per day for your VPS.

Note 1: If you have the backup component, you can create one backup per day for free.

Note 2: When you restore the backup, all the data will be overwritten.

Note 3: Unfortunately, you cannot download backups.

Note 4: In your backup list, you can have only three full backups.
