What to Do If You Have Been Charged Twice

If you have purchased any of our services or renewed them and you were charged twice for the same amount, this is not the problem.

So if you have this issue, please get in touch with our support team and ask for human support.

Please provide there this information:

  1. Payment method used: credit card, PayPal, etc.

  2. The payment source details

    • For PayPal: the email associated with the PayPal account and transaction IDs

    • For credit card: last 4 digits of the card used for payment

    • For other payment methods: the email used for the transaction and proof of payment completion from the payment service itself.

If our system sees duplicated payments, the second payment is added to the account as the funds and you will see the money in your credit balance. So you can use the money for your services.

However, if you want to get a refund for the duplicated payment, please provide the required information to the support team (human support).
