The Plesk interface lets you monitor resource and traffic usage in real time. You also can manage statistics reports.
1. Review your server’s real time resource usage
In the left menu of Plesk, click "Tools and Settings":
Here, select "Info and Statistics" under the "Server Management"
Click "Refresh" to display the latest information about your server resource usage.
You will be presented with CPU, Memory, Swap and Hard Disk usage:
On this page, you can also view the number of domains on the server that are marked as “active” (online), “problems” (online but exceeding disk space or bandwidth limits), and “inactive” (offline due to suspension):
2. Manage Reports
On the same page (Info and Statistics), you can view and manage reports. Reports are built from templates that define how much detail they include. By default, two templates are available, “Summary” and “Full". You can create, delete, and tailor these templates.
Open "Reports" tab:
2.1 Adjust existing report template
On the "Reports" page from dropdown menu select template that you want to customize. Then click "Properties".
Apply your changes, then click "Save".
2.2 Create your own report emplate
On the "Reports" page click "Layouts":
Then, click on + icon:
Enter a name, configure what the report should include. Choose the sections and detail level from the dropdowns. Each dropdown decides how much detail you get for that section: compact “Summary” or granular “Full”. If you want, you can also check "Use as the default report". Then click "Save".
2.3 Send a report by Email
On the "Reports" page, select from the dropdown the report you want to send. Then on the left side enter email you want to send report to (by default, Plesk uses the administrator’s email address) and click "Send By Email":
2.4 Automatically generate reports and deliver by email
On the "Reports" page, choose the required report template from the drop-down list and click "Schedule":
Then, click "Add Schedule"
Check "Enable" and in “Delivery frequency,” choose whether the report is sent daily, weekly, or monthly. Then also specify the email address to receive the automatic reports. Save changes.
3. Review traffic usage
To check how much traffic a specific domain, customer, or reseller used in a given month, navigate to Tools and Settings---->Server Management---->Info and Statistics and go to "Traffic usage" tab.
Then, choose your preferred month from the dropdown menu.
The data for the selected month will be presented:
To view traffic usage by individual customers, select "Customers". For reseller data, select "Resellers".
