You have no record of Terms of Service violations.

These discounts will be valid only for services (Linux VPS, Windows VPS, Container, Storage) ordered after receiving reseller level.
To be granted with one of the above level tier (or be upgraded to a bigger one), please submit a support request by asking it.
Note: If you have used a discount other than the reseller's, for the renewal, the reseller's discount is not added. So different discounts are not summed up.
